Terms of use

Visuatelier is operated by Suraksha Pax SA, Geneva, Switzerland. These terms are a draft.

The service generates images from text. You must be 18 or older. You may not request sexual content, sexual content involving minors, or other material the safety filter rejects.

Credits are reserved before a job and committed when an image is stored. Failed and blocked jobs are refunded. Daily free credits reset each UTC day and do not roll over. They spend only on the cheapest model.

Images you generate are labelled AI-generated. Publishing is optional and waits 24 hours. We may remove a public image after a report.

Beta does not charge cards. Paid plans and top-ups, when enabled, are processed by Stripe. The governing law and venue should be confirmed by Swiss counsel before publication.
